Parents, this application & the below documents must all be submitted at the same time as an application packet. Parents completing the applicaton on-line have 7 business days to submit the required documents. Immunization records and health assessments may be faxed to 919-821-2988. Incomplete applications will not be scheduled for in-house assessments.
New Admission Requirements for 2013-2014:
$300 non-refundable application fee per child or $500 per family
Copy of most recent report cards
Copy of most recent standardized test scores
Copy of Birth Certificate or passport (photo page)
Up-to-date Immunization/Shots Record
Kindergarten Health Assessment from Doctor (for KG only)
In-House Assessment (Appointments will be schedule in May and June)
Parent Interview (for Middle School only)
For returning students, you may complete an on-line re-enrollment application. Fill in the information directly and click the “Submit Form” field located in the top-right section of the file:
