Pre-School

Pre-Kindergarten students at Al-Iman School spend the day in a program that includes both English and Arabic/Islamic Studies. In English class students participate in a circle time, read stories, sing songs based on the theme of the week. Students also work in small groups to focus on important developmental skills. In Arabic students are introduced to the Arabic letters and numbers, along with their shape. Students also memorize short chapters of the Qur’an as well as some simple supplications.

Throughout the year students also attend various field trips that are based on the theme that is being focused on at that time. Our Pre-K students also take part in indoor and outdoor playtime, and nap time.
