About Me!
Assalamu Alaikum!
I am a Kansas City native. I moved to Raleigh 6 years ago. I have lived in many states and countries including Qatar and UAE. I am a history buff and fact junky. I joined Al Iman School in 2016. I am married with three wonderful children. My eldest graduated from Al-Iman School last year and my other two are current students.
I play many roles within the school. I am the first grade Teacher assistant and I’m a part of the Covid 19 Task Force to name a few. I am a Wake County Certified Substitute. I also have several certificates from the Friday Institute at NC State which includes Teaching Foundational Reading Skills and Teaching Remotely. I am currently working on my TESOL Certification from Arizona State inshaAllah.
