About Me!
As-Salaamu Alaikum, I am the Islamic Studies teacher for 5th, 6th, & 7th Grades. This is my first year teaching at Al-Iman Islamic School. What an honor to be a part of the team!
I have over 20 years experience in the classroom and working with children. With a diverse background from Weekend Islamic Schools to Full-time schools, as well as Summer Camps to Youth Groups & Conferences. Additionally, I have worked in Public, Private, and International Schools.
I have raised four children of my own here in the United States. As a parent, I understand the struggle of balancing academics and Islamic learning, while wanting your child to just be a kid. May Allah give our children the best knowledge for this life and the hereafter, Ameen!
